We are based in West Midlands in the United Kingdom. Orders are shipped direct from our distribution centre or direct from our suppliers in other parts of the UK.

We send orders Worldwide everyday; simply select your country from the list when you register your account with us or when you checkout your order.

Shipping is normally calculated based on weight of consignment and final destination.

For orders under 2kg we normally use Royal Mail for UK addresses. For UK orders in excess of 2kg we normally use a courier since Royal Mail is not as cost-effective on heavier weights.

We offer different levels of service (Urgent, Express, and Standard) for many items and destinations; just select the service you prefer during the checkout process and the cost of shipping will be automatically calculated, before you get to the payment stage, based on the above.

We also offer customers, during the checkout process, the option to arrange their own transport or collection.

Please note that in some cases where large packages are being sent to overseas destinations, the couriers calculate charges based upon a `volumetric calculation'. This means that the cost of shipping is determined by the physical size of the consignment rather than the weight of the item. If this is the case we will notify you before processing your order.

Returns Policy

Our returns policy has been created to keep costs down, provide World Class service and to make the process easy for you.

Please follow the procedures listed below when returning products (including surcharged products) to us at: Carr Parts Returns, Unit 13, Neilston Street Business Centre, Neilston Street, LEAMINGTON SPA, CV31 2AZ, United Kingdom.

All returns must have a valid Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA number). Call our office for an RMA number anytime between Monday to Friday 09.00am to 17.00pm. All returns must be received within 10 days of the RMA issue date.

It will take approximately 5 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at the warehouse. Items must be in original packaging, in all original boxes, with packing materials, manuals, blank warranty cards and all other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer. Please also include an explanation as to why the part is being returned.

We strongly recommend that you fully insure the package that you are returning. We suggest the use of a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery, or, for items under 2kg in weight, Royal Mail Special Delivery. We will not be liable for items lost or damaged in transit. All shipping back to us is to be paid for by the customer. Please ensure that your RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.

Any item returned to us and found not to be defective may incur a return freight charge. This will be charged to the credit card last charged on your order.

Most stock items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original shipping date. Please check My Orders on the website for shipping date.

All non-stock items may be returned only when defective and within 14 days of the ship date of the product.

Special order items such as ECU Software that is not defective cannot be returned under any circumstances.

If an Electrical item has been fitted no refund or exchange can be made.

End of life products cannot be returned. No refunds or exchanges will be made.

If you request a replacement, we will ship your replacement after we receive and process your returned product.

If you need the direct replacement immediately, we recommend you request a refund (rather than a replacement) when you obtain your RMA number. The new order will be billed and paid for and shipped in our normal shipping process and the credit will be applied within 10-15 days after receipt of the product.
