UK Right Hand = UK Offside = UK Driver Side.
UK Left Hand = UK Nearside = UK Passenger Side

A surcharge is an amount of money that we charge you on certain items when that part is a reconditioned unit, and we require the old unit back for reconditioning.

If you purchase one of these product groups from us via the Online shop, the surcharge will be automatically shown.

When we receive your old unit back, the surcharge amount will be refunded to you as soon as the old unit has passed through our Returns Department.

The only exceptions to this rule are in instances when your old unit is completely unserviceable due to for example damage to a casing, missing parts etc. In that instance we reserve the right not to refund the surcharge.

Be assured that in the vast majority of cases the old unit surcharge is refunded.
